Mark is a highly accomplished industry leader with over 25 years of construction experience spanning commercial, residential, and retail
development, as well as critical infrastructure projects, including bridges, roads, and major sports venues. His expertise extends to
managing high-profile development projects with stringent heritage and conservation requirements, such as Battersea Power Station,
Sandown Park, and BBC Broadcasting House.
Before joining St John’s Wood Square Limited, Mark spent 13 years at Canary Wharf Contractors, where he played a pivotal role in
delivering major commercial, residential, and retail developments, including the prestigious Southbank Place project (formerly the Shell
Centre) and Wood Wharf – Canary Wharf’s 23-acre eastern extension. His expertise in managing these complex, large-scale developments
solidified his reputation for delivering excellence in demanding urban environments.
Earlier in his career, Mark worked at Bovis Lend Lease, ICM Services, Mace, and Mowlem. His academic credentials from Salford University
and London Business School reinforce his strategic and operational acumen.
